All orders placed will ship on the next available shipping day. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Holidays excluded). Overnight shipments are also sent on Thursday.

We ship exclusively via UPS. All orders are subject to UPS shipping policies and transit times.

Please contact Customer Service if you have special shipping needs.  We will do our best to accommodate you, though we may not be able to meet your request.  Higher shipping rates may apply.

We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered. Chocolate left outside of a home for a long period of time may be damaged by weather or other factors.

Delivery Times 

We ship all orders Ground to any location that has a transit time of 3 days or less (See Map). Any location that exceeds 3 day transit will ship 3 day.

Please note Hawaii, Florida and Alaska must always ship at least 2nd day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for orders from NEWTREE depend upon the method and option you choose.

Please add $10 for all AK and HI deliveries.

For Overnight delivery please add $15.00.

Warm Weather Shipping Policy: Please note there will be an additional $7.00 charge for all warm weather shipping.  All orders shipped from April 1 - October 1 fall within this policy. During this time all orders will be shipped with an ice pack, in insulated packaging, to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an email confirmation of your order after your order is completed. Please contact info@newtree.com if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase of NEWTREE Belgian chocolate. If you are not for any reason simply return your order within one week of receipt. We will send you a prompt refund or replacement.
